# Manage Licenses

> Review license status, update license details, and set reminders before renewal dates in Discover.

Manage license records in GoGuardian Discover to review status, update details, and set reminders before renewal dates. This article covers the core workflow for active, expiring, and expired licenses.

## Open License Management View

1. Go to **Discover**.

2. Click **License Usage** in the Top Apps table. You can also review license usage from the App Catalog.

3. Click **View More**.

## Edit License Details

1. Select a license record.
2. Click **Edit**.
3. Update the fields in the **Financials** and **Contract Details** sections.
4. Click **Save**.
