# Upload Contract

> Upload contract files in Discover to extract and review license details. Supports single-file and bulk uploads.

Upload contract files in GoGuardian Discover to extract and review license details. This workflow supports single-file uploads and bulk uploads.

## Manually Add Contract

1. Go to **Discover**.
2. Click **App Catalog**.
3. Click **Add License Info** > **Add Manually**.
4. Select the app related to the contract.
5. Enter the contract details under **Financials** and **Contract Details**.
6. Click **Save License Info**.

## Upload Contract

1. Go to **Discover**.

2. Click **App Catalog**.

3. Click **Add License Info** > **Upload Contract**.

4. Select the contract file from your device.

5. Confirm the details extracted from the contract.

6. Click **Save License Info**.

  Supported file formats: PDF, CSV, XLS, DOCX, TXT, MD. Max file size: 20 MB.

Discover uses LLM extraction to pull license fields from the uploaded file. Review all extracted fields and correct any inaccuracies before saving.

## Upload Contracts in Bulk

1. Go to **Discover**.
2. Click **App Catalog**.
3. Click **Add License Info** > **Add in Bulk**.
4. Select the contract files from your device.
5. Wait for Discover to queue and process the files.

## FAQ

**What should I do if extraction misses a field?**

Open the contract record and update the missing field manually. If the extraction fails repeatedly, see [Troubleshoot Contract Upload](/products/discover/troubleshoot-contract-upload).

**How long does contract processing take?**

Processing time depends on file size and queue volume.
