During holidays, snow days, or extended closures, organizations may need to temporarily disable all GoGuardian Admin filtering and activity review. Super Users can adjust GoGuardian Org Management settings to turn these off until school resumes.
Before changing these settings, note or screenshot your current configuration so you can restore the original days, hours, and IP ranges when school resumes.

Disable Filtering and Activity Review

  1. Sign in to manage.goguardian.com.
  2. Go to Products, then select General, and scroll down to the Scheduling section.
  3. Turn on At Home Mode.
  4. Turn off Filter at Home.
  5. Turn off Monitor at Home.
  6. Clear all days in In School Hours so no days are marked as in school.
  7. Remove any saved IP ranges.
  8. Verify the result: No days are selected in In School Hours, and both Filter at Home and Monitor at Home are off. Students are considered “At Home” around the clock, with filtering and activity review suspended.
Set a calendar reminder for the day before school resumes to reconfigure In School Hours, school days, and IP ranges.
