# Change Class Name as Teacher

> Rename any of your classes from the Manage Class panel using the Edit Class option in the three-dot menu.

As a teacher, you can change the name of a class in Pear Assessment > Manage Class > three-dot menu > Edit Class > Class Name.

## Change Class Name as Teacher in Pear Assessment

As a teacher, you can change the name of a class in Pear Assessment.

## Change Class Name

1. Click **Manage Class** in the navigation menu.
2. Click on a class name under the **Classes** tab.
3. Click the **three-dot menu** in the toolbar > **Edit Class**.
4. Change the class name under **Class Name**.
5. Click **Update Class**.
