Get insight into all attendance data, distribution of academic performance, standards mastery, and academic risk levels: all in one easily accessible dashboard. ## Dashboard with Data Studio All academic and non-academic metrics depicting the district's overall health are summarized in the Dashboard report. The report provides a sweeping overview of the district's performance, which can be filtered to narrow the scope of reporting. Please note this is an enterprise report available to administrators and teachers. View of the Dashboard screen. ## Dashboard Report Sections Academic Summary and Performance Distribution: Display the average score based on test type, performance based on performance band, and percentage of students within the Performance Bands that are above or at standard. Clicking the pop-up icon in this section will display performance trends. Overall Risk/At Promise: Students who are under high and medium risk are displayed based on risk band filters. The district will define the risk levels. Clicking the pop-up icon in this section will direct the user to the Early Warning report. Attendance Summary: It shows average attendance, tardies, and chronic absenteeism based on the attendance band set by the district. If the band is not set by the district, the default band applies. Performance: The data can be compared by school, teacher, class, student group, student, race, gender, and demographics. Based on the overall average, performance is shown as above/equal to and below average. The table includes the data regarding average attendance, average score, performance distribution, and performance trends. A comparison by student will enable a student group to be created.
