# Insights: Performance Over Time

> Review student average scores across multiple assessments, compare class and district performance, and download results using the Performance Over Time report.

In Pear Assessment, administrators and teachers can review the **Performance Over Time** report for insight into student average scores across multiple assessments. Get started by clicking **Insights** in the navigation menu and then the report by the same name under **Multiple Assessment Report**.

## Insights: Performance Over Time in Pear Assessment

In Pear Assessment, administrators and teachers can review the **Performance Over Time** report for insight into student average scores across multiple assessments. The report lets users:

* Compare average score (%) for each assessment and track student progress over time
* Compare your class’s performance with school and district-wide performance
* Download the data as a CSV file
* Drill into assessments with class-level performance analysis
* Filter results by test, class, performance, and demographic

## View Performance Over Time

1. Click **Insights** in the navigation menu.
2. Click **Performance Over Time** under **Multiple Assessment Report**.
3. Hover on relevant bars in the graph for detailed information about student performance on an assessment in the **Performance in Assessments Over Time**.

Tip: You can analyze by percent score, raw score, above/below standard, or proficiency band by clicking the dropdown menu above the right end of the bar graph.

4. Review minimum and maximum scores across assessments under **Assessment Statistics**.
5. Download the report by clicking the download button in the upper-right corner of the window.
