# Manage Premium Licenses
> Upgrade teachers to Teacher Premium, reassign licenses, add subscription managers, and purchase additional licenses in Pear Assessment.
Subscription managers can hold any type of Pear Assessment account — basic teacher, premium teacher, or administrator. If you're a subscription manager, use this article to upgrade teachers to Teacher Premium, reassign licenses after staff changes, add more licenses, and renew subscriptions.
## Go to the Subscriptions Area
1. Log in to Pear Assessment.
2. Click your initials in the lower right corner.
3. Click **Subscriptions**.
4. On the Subscriptions page, click **Manage Subscriptions** in the upper right.
## Upgrade Teachers to Premium
1. On the Manage Subscription page, you'll see yourself listed with a checkbox in the **Manage Licenses** column. To upgrade yourself, check the box in the **Teacher Premium** column.
2. To add other teachers to upgrade or manage subscriptions, click **Add User(s)**.
3. In the Add User(s) dialog, enter a teacher's email, or start typing to choose from a dropdown list. The teacher is added to the list below. If a teacher doesn't already have a Pear Assessment account, one is created with this email address and automatically upgraded.
4. Check **Upgrade to Premium** (and **Access Spark Math**, if applicable).
5. Click **Yes, Add User(s)**.
You'll see a confirmation screen showing the upgrades and whether each teacher's account was newly created.
## Manage Existing Subscriptions
### Switch Teacher Premium from one teacher to another
1. Log in to Pear Assessment and go to the Subscriptions area (see [Go to the Subscriptions Area](#go-to-the-subscriptions-area)).
2. Uncheck the box in the **Teacher Premium** column to remove Premium from a teacher.
3. Click **Add User(s)** to add the new teacher.
### Add another subscription manager
You can have more than one subscription manager for a premium order, and license managers don't need premium accounts themselves. To add someone new:
1. Log in to Pear Assessment and go to the Subscriptions area.
2. Click **Add User(s)** to add the new teacher, but don't check **Upgrade to Premium** unless you also want to use one of the premium licenses.
3. Check the box in the **Manage Licenses** column.
### Order additional Teacher Premium licenses
If you need more premium licenses, click **Buy More** and pay with a credit card.
