# Navigate Assignments

> Find and manage assignments from one screen using filters, folders, and the Actions menu to assign, preview, share, and report on assessments.

The Assignments screen is where teachers find recent activities and assignments. They can review each assessment's status and take action under the Actions menu.

The Assignments screen is where teachers find recent activities and assignments. They can review each assignment's status and make changes with the Actions menu.

## Apply Filters

On the Assignments screen, teachers can click **Filters** next to the search field to quickly find assignments by narrowing the scope of the data. Supported filters include the following:

* **Class Grade**
* **Class Subject**
* **Year**
* **Test Type**
* **Class**
* **Status**
* **Tags**

## Take Key Actions

At the end of each assessment's row, the **Actions** menu provides teachers key features to manage assessments, including the following:

* **Add to Folder**
* **Remove from Folder**
* **Assign**
* **Preview**
* **View Test Details**
* **Print Test**
* **Release Scores**
* **Share/Embed Link**
* **View Completion Report**
* **View Summary Report**
* **Edit Test**
* **Clone**
* **Download Responses**
* **Edit Tags**

## Organize with Folders

To help with navigating assignments, teachers can create folders to group assignments and easily find them. Teachers can add or remove assignments from folders in the **Actions** menu > **Add to Folder** or **Remove from Folder**.
