# Sync Frequency for Clever Integration

Sync Frequency for Clever Integration in Pear Assessment

Pear Assessment syncs with Clever every night. If the student information system (SIS) data is not available in Pear Assessment, please wait 24 hours to report the missing data to Pear Assessment Support.

## Sync Frequency for Clever Integration in Pear Assessment

Pear Assessment syncs with Clever every night. If the student information system (SIS) data is not available in Pear Assessment, please wait 24 hours to report the missing data to Pear Assessment Support.

Please note that data may not be successfully imported into Pear Assessment for one of the following reasons:

1. Student or teacher has duplicate emails in the Clever feed
2. Student or teacher account already exists in a different district
3. Student or teacher doesn't have a class section association

If your import is failing for any of the above reasons, please resubmit the data again after correcting the above errors.

If you were a teacher but now have another role (academic coach, administrator, etc.), please turn off one of the roles in the Clever data feed. Pear Assessment does not allow the use of the same username/email for two different roles. A generic (non-Clever) username can be created by Pear Assessment for your second account.
