# Invite Students by Classroom Link

> Invite students to your classroom by generating a join link to your classroom and sending it to them.

Under **Classrooms**, you can invite students by sharing a link to the classroom with them. Students can follow the link to sign in to Pear Practice, which automatically enrolls them in the classroom. After students' first sign-in, they're listed alphabetically by the last name of their preferred name. If they've personalized their profiles, their default avatars update to their personalized avatars.

## Invite Students by Classroom Link

1. Click **Classrooms**, then select the classroom name.
2. Under **Students**, click **Share Classroom Link**, then select **Copy Classroom Link**.
3. Share the link with your students through your preferred communication channel.
4. Click **Done**.
5. Under **Pending Students**, click **Approve Student** or **Reject Student** for each student. If you approve the account, it's listed under **Students**. If you don't approve the account, it requires confirmation to clear it from **Pending Students**.
