# Receive Care Packages by Pear Mail

> Care Packages are boxes of rare items that students earn during Live Practice, Quick Play, and Monthly Challenges. 

## Receive Care Packages by Pear Mail

Care Packages are boxes of rare items that students earn during Live Practice, Quick Play, and Monthly Challenges. They can also exchange their Tickets for items in the Season Map. Items include five levels of rareness: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.

Care Packages are boxes of rare Items earned in one or more of the following scenarios:

* Your team places a token on a Care Package square on the Big Board
* Everyone on your team answers a question correctly during a Care Package round in Quick Play
* Exchange your Ticket, which you earn for every 210 XP, for a reward on the Season Map
* Finish the Monthly Challenge by earning 2,500 XP

When you complete one of the above, a Care Package is specially shipped to you by Pear Mail. Open your package at the end of practice to find an Item that has one of five levels of rareness. In order of least to most rare, the levels are:

* Common
* Uncommon
* Rare
* Epic
* Legendary

Items include hats, shirts, shorts, bags, drinks, and other unique accessories for your avatar. All Items are added to your locker in your student account > **Locker** > **My Stuff**.
