# Accept Terms of Service

> How to accept GoGuardian's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on first login.

Upon logging in to any GoGuardian product for the first time, you must agree to 2 documents: GoGuardian's Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

  You must scroll through the full text of each document before you can accept it.

## Accept Terms of Service

1. Select anywhere on the agreement text to activate the scroll bar on the right side of the terms panel.

2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the document. You can scroll using your mouse or by pressing the **Down** arrow key on your keyboard.

3. Select the checkbox to agree, then select the activated **I Agree** button to accept the Product Privacy Policy.

4. Repeat the scroll and acceptance process for the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

5. After accepting both documents, you'll be able to proceed into your GoGuardian product.

## Troubleshoot Scrolling Issues

If you have trouble scrolling through the agreement text, try any of the following:

* Select the center of the page and scroll down with your mouse.
* Select and drag the scroll bar in the top-right of the panel to move to the bottom.
* Select the center of the page and press the **Down** arrow key on your keyboard.

## Log In as a Teacher

<Note>
  A teacher must accept the Terms of Service from their own account before a Super User can use the **Log In As** feature for that teacher. Attempting to log in as a teacher before they've accepted their Terms of Service will not work.
