# FAQ: Archived Classroom Reports Show Wrong Students

> Explains why student reports for archived classrooms may show incorrect data and how to fix it by renaming classrooms.

## Why Do Archived Classroom Reports Show Last Year's Students?

Classrooms that share the same beginning title can't be distinguished in Student Reports. If 2 classrooms have names that differ only at the end, Teacher may display the wrong student data for the archived version.

To fix this, add a distinguishing label to the **beginning** of the class name rather than the end.

**Example:**

Instead of:

* Zero Hour Am Lit 18 S2
* Zero Hour Am Lit 18 S1

Use:

* S2 Zero Hour Am Lit 18
* S1 Zero Hour Am Lit 18

Renaming the classroom causes the correct students to populate in reports.
