Collect Items in Season Map

The Season Map is a route full of locations that students can visit and exchange their Tickets for Items. Items are unique and rare to each location, so it’s encouraged that students complete their independent and team practices to earn Tickets that they can use on the map. Season Map is a community where you can exchange your Tickets for Items to add to your Locker. You can unlock rare and unique Items as you move along the map, which has four important parts:
  • Zones
  • Location
  • Spaces
  • Tickets
  • Items
Let’s follow Angel, a Pear Practice student, as they move along the map.

Zones

When Angel opens Season Map, they find it’s like a board game. It’s divided by Zones and features places where they can visit to unlock Items. Angel can open the next zone by collecting 60 percent of the Items in their current zone. For example, if there are 25 Items total to collect across the zone, they will need to collect at least 15 Items.

Location

As Angel looks closer, they find their location on the map indicated by their avatar and a partially filled circle. The circle means they’ve made some progress in collecting Items. Circles can be empty, partially filled, or filled:
  • Empty: None of the Items have been unlocked at the location
  • Partially filled: Some of the Items have been unlocked
  • Filled: All Items have been unlocked
When Angel clicks on their avatar, a pop-up reveals they’re visiting the Post Office. It also describes the Post Office and number of available Spaces to earn, and a button to visit the Post Office.

Spaces

Once Angel clicks the button to visit the Post Office, the screen transitions to a zoomed-in view of them in front of the office. It also shows a row of Items in circles called Spaces. The Post Office offers four Spaces to collect Items from. They’ve already collected the first Item, and the second space is beating like a heart, making it larger than the remaining and clickable. When Angel clicks on it, a pop-up reads Facial Detail Item that they can unlock with a Ticket.

Tickets

To unlock the Facial Detail Item, Angel needs one Ticket. They check their total number of tickets in the upper right of the screen next to the music note and discover that they’ve earned six Tickets. Their independent practice in Daily Remixes and helping teammates on the Big Board rewarded them.

Items

Angel can exchange one Ticket for the Facial Detail Item mentioned earlier by clicking the Unlock It. button. After clicking the Unlock It. button, a new screen shows the unlocked Item and its rarity level.  When Angel clicks the Unlock It. button, they receive face paint rated Common. In order of least to most rare, the ratings are:
  • Common
  • Uncommon
  • Rare
  • Epic
  • Legendary
After unlocking the Item, Angel’s screen transitions back to the Items and available Spaces. They can also click Back at the upper left of the screen to see the complete Season Map. Pro-tip: Unlock all Items in one location to receive a mystery outfit.
