In Classrooms, you can enroll students into your class by adding them directly or sending invitations to their email addresses. List one email address per line. After students’ first sign-in, they’re listed alphabetically by the last name of their preferred name. Their default avatars also update to their personalized avatars.

Enroll Students by Email Address

  1. Click Classrooms.
  2. Click on the classroom name.
  3. Below Students, click Invite Students to Join.
  4. Enter one email address per line.
  5. Click Send Email Invitations.
  6. Check with students that they can sign in to Pear Practice with their email address via Google, Microsoft, or Clever single sign-on.
  7. Confirm the students’ emails are listed under Students.
Email invitations are only sent to students who don’t have a Pear Practice account. You can skip sending email invitations to students by selecting Skip emailing invites.
