Upload contract files in GoGuardian Discover to extract and review license details. This workflow supports single-file uploads and bulk uploads.

Manually Add Contract

  1. Go to Discover.
  2. Click App Catalog.
  3. Click Add License Info > Add Manually.
  4. Select the app related to the contract.
  5. Enter the contract details under Financials and Contract Details.
  6. Click Save License Info.

Upload Contract

  1. Go to Discover.
  2. Click App Catalog.
  3. Click Add License Info > Upload Contract.
  4. Select the contract file from your device.
  5. Confirm the details extracted from the contract.
  6. Click Save License Info.
Supported file formats: PDF, CSV, XLS, DOCX, TXT, MD. Max file size: 20 MB.
Discover uses LLM extraction to pull license fields from the uploaded file. Review all extracted fields and correct any inaccuracies before saving.

Upload Contracts in Bulk

  1. Go to Discover.
  2. Click App Catalog.
  3. Click Add License Info > Add in Bulk.
  4. Select the contract files from your device.
  5. Wait for Discover to queue and process the files.

FAQ

What should I do if extraction misses a field? Open the contract record and update the missing field manually. If the extraction fails repeatedly, see Troubleshoot Contract Upload. How long does contract processing take? Processing time depends on file size and queue volume.
