Review License Status Fields

License status shows whether a license is current, approaching renewal, or past renewal.

Status	Definition	Available Actions
Active	The license is current and hasn’t reached its renewal date	Edit details, set reminder
Expiring	The license renewal date is approaching within the reminder window	Edit details, set or edit reminder, renew
Expired	The license has passed its renewal date	Edit details, set reminder for the next renewal cycle

FAQ

How does Discover decide when a license is expiring? A license appears as expiring when it’s within the reminder window you set. Discover also surfaces licenses that expired in the last 30 days or will expire within the next 30 days in the dashboard alert. Where does license status appear?
