With Auto Redirect, you can set an assignment’s Score Threshold for success and automatically direct students to attempt the assignment again when they don’t meet the threshold. The setting can be found in Assignments > click on a class name > Settings > Enable Auto Redirect.

With Auto Redirect, you can set an assignment’s Score Threshold for success and automatically direct students to attempt the assignment again when they don’t meet the threshold. Please note the following:
  • Auto Redirect is a premium/enterprise feature
  • The feature is off by default
  • If enabled, the feature is active until the test closes unless manually disabled in the Live Class Board
  • The feature overrides a test’s Maximum Attempts Allowed
  • Absent students will be excluded from Auto Redirect
  • If the test is paused, it will not auto-redirect until the test is resumed
  • Score Threshold and Maximum Attempts Allowed can be updated at any time without loss of data

Set Up Auto-Redirect

  1. Click Assignments in the navigation menu.
  2. Click on a class name.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Toggle on Enable Auto Redirect.
  5. Enter a single or double-digit percent score for Score Threshold.
  6. Enter the number of retakes for Extra Attempts Allowed when students don’t meet the threshold.

  1. Click Update at the bottom of the screen.
