In Pear Assessment, opening, closing, and pausing assessments are essential features for managing student access. To open an assessment, sign in to your teacher account, go to Assessments, and select the assessment you want to open. Click on the Open button, allowing students to start the assessment. To close it, navigate to the assessment, click on Close, and students won’t be able to submit their responses after the deadline. To pause an ongoing assessment, locate it and click on Pause. Pausing suspends the timer and prevents further progress. These functions give teachers control over assessment timelines and enable a fair and organized testing environment.
