Switch from Clever to Canvas Sync in Pear Assessment In Pear Assessment, you can switch from a Clever integration to Canvas. Teachers with existing Pear Assessment accounts must go to their current Pear Assessment classes and select the Canvas sync button. Teachers without a Pear Assessment account must select a school, grade, subject, and standard before syncing Canvas.

In Pear Assessment, you can switch from a Clever integration to Canvas. Teachers with existing Pear Assessment accounts must go to their current Pear Assessment classes and click the Canvas sync button. Teachers without a Pear Assessment account must select a school, grade, subject, and standard before syncing Canvas.

Teachers with Existing Pear Assessment Accounts

  1. Sign in to Pear Assessment from your Canvas district > Courses tab > Pear Assessment App button. Existing Pear Assessment accounts will open to the Dashboard, where classes and assessments are found.
  2. Click Manage Class in Pear Assesment.
  3. Click on a class name that you’d like to sync with Canvas.
  4. Click the Canvas button to sync the class.
  5. Select the course and section where the class will be synced to Canvas.
Repeat the steps when a student joins or leaves your Canvas class.

Teachers with New Pear Assessment Accounts

  1. Sign in to Pear Assessment from your Canvas district > Courses tab > Pear Assessment App button.
  2. Select a school within your school district to continue.
  3. Select a grade, subject, and standard to personalize Pear Assessment administration and reports.
  4. Confirm classes have synced from Canvas to the Pear Assessment Dashboard.
