Go to Flagged Activity → Configuration. The terms listed there are what the Flagged Activity engine references when scanning the content of visited websites. A default list of terms and severity levels is provided and is fully customizable — you can remove terms, add terms, and adjust severity for your school.

Add a Term

  1. Type the term into the Search or Add Term Here field at the top.
  2. If the term is not already in the list, choose a severity from the drop-down.
  3. Click Add Term.

Change a Term’s Severity

Search for the term, then use the Severity drop-down to the right of it to change the level.
