Licensing renewals, quotes, and sales inquiries are handled by GoGuardian account representatives. Super Users can also view current product licenses directly in GoGuardian Org Management.

Contact Your Account Representative (Current Customers)

To renew or extend licensing, request a quote for a new product or service, or for general sales inquiries, contact your GoGuardian account representative by email. If you’re not sure who to contact, submit a request at goguardian.com/contact-support. The GoGuardian Support team cannot modify licensing or process renewals, but can connect you with the appropriate account representative.
