To upload an image into a question or answer in Pear Assessment, first, create or edit an assessment within your teacher account. While in the assessment editor, select the question or answer option where you want to add the image. Click on the image icon located in the toolbar above the text box. A file browser will appear, allowing you to choose an image from your computer or device. After selecting the image, it will be uploaded and inserted into the question or answer. This feature enables teachers to enhance assessment content with visuals, diagrams, or charts to better engage students and facilitate comprehension.

Upload an Image into a Question or Answer in Pear Assessment

You can use the text editor to add an image to either the text of the question or the answer choices in Pear Assessment. This feature enables teachers to enhance assessment content with visuals, diagrams, or charts to better engage students and facilitate comprehension. Please note that supported upload formats include GIF, JPG, TIF, and PNG. All file sizes must be 2MB or less.

Add Image to Text of a Question or Answer Choices

  1. Place the cursor at the desired position on the question text field and click Insert Image in the text editor box.
  2. Select an image from the folder where it’s saved on your computer and upload it.
  3. The image will be inserted at the position where your cursor was placed. This can be moved as needed.
  4. To resize the image click on the image, expand (outward) or compress (inward) the dotted lines to adjust the size as needed (Number 1).
