Add Administrators and Teachers to Pear Practice

As a Pear Practice administrator, you can add teachers to your organization and automatically email them invitations to sign in to Pear Practice. CSV uploads are supported. With a Premium license, Pear Practice administrators can add administrators and teachers to their organization and automatically email invitations to help them sign into Pear Practice. Administrators can also change a teacher’s role. Please note that administrators and teachers can be in one organization at a time. If the users are part of another organization, please reach out to Pear Practice Support with a list of their email addresses.

Add Teachers by Email Address

  1. Sign into https://practice.peardeck.com/ with an administrator’s account.
  2. Click Admin Tools in the menu bar.
  3. Click My Teachers in the menu bar.
  4. Click Add Teachers.
  5. Enter one administrator or teacher’s email address per line.
  6. Click Add Teachers.
Note: You can deselect Send emails to teachers inviting them to Pear Practice to manually onboard the teachers.

Add Teachers via CSV Upload

  1. Sign in to https://practice.peardeck.com/ with an administrator’s account.
  2. Click My Teachers in the navigation menu.
  3. Click Add Teachers.
  4. In a blank spreadsheet, enter one administrator or teacher’s email address per row in the first column.
  5. Export the spreadsheet as a CSV.
  6. Click Upload CSV.
  7. Select the CSV and upload it.
  8. Confirm the imported email addresses in the text field.
  9. Click Add Teachers.
