Only Super Users can assign or change Beacon permission levels. Super User is the GoGuardian Admin and Org Management permission that grants access to Beacon. It is not a Beacon account type.

Super Counselor
Super Counselors are top-level users within the context of their Beacon deployment. They have full access to all alert management features, deployment settings, and user management. Multiple Super Counselors can exist within a single Beacon deployment. A Super Counselor can modify all Beacon settings, snooze alerts, view and modify all components of Beacon alerts, receive text and email notifications, update actions taken, create notes, update risk level, view local authority and hotline information, view browsing activity, view previous actions, and provide phase categorization feedback. Super Counselors can also add or remove users within Beacon and request updates to parent or guardian contact information for individual students.Counselor
A Counselor can view Beacon settings but cannot edit them.
