The Approval Status column shows the district’s current decision or review state for each app. Expand an app row or open the app details page to review the context stored with that status.
Approval Status is required when approval information is included in a Shared View. The district can select or clear the other approval fields for each view.
FAQ
What does “unique users” count?
Unique Users counts the number of distinct user accounts with at least one usage event for the app during the selected date range. It doesn’t count the number of sessions or devices.
Why might “Last Used” be blank for an app?
The app had no usage in the selected date range. Expand the date range to check for earlier activity.
