This article explains how to open the App Catalog, find apps, and sort app data in GoGuardian Discover.

Browse App Catalog

  1. Go to Discover.
  2. Click App Catalog.
  3. Review the app list. Each row includes these columns:
    • App: The distinct application used during the selected date range and filter scope.
    • Unique Users: The number of distinct users who used an app during the selected date range and filter scope.
    • Avg. Usage Time: The average time spent per student using the app each week during the selected date range.
    • Last Used: The most recent date the app was used within the selected date range and filter scope.
Find low-adoption apps by clicking the Unique Users column header and sorting in ascending order.

FAQ

Why do some apps show low usage? Low usage means fewer users opened those apps in the selected time period. It doesn’t, by itself, indicate whether a license should be renewed or canceled. Can I export this list? You can export App Catalog data as a CSV file. See Export Report for steps.
