Upgrade teachers to Teacher Premium, reassign licenses, add subscription managers, and purchase additional licenses in Pear Assessment.
Subscription managers can hold any type of Pear Assessment account — basic teacher, premium teacher, or administrator. If you’re a subscription manager, use this article to upgrade teachers to Teacher Premium, reassign licenses after staff changes, add more licenses, and renew subscriptions.
On the Manage Subscription page, you’ll see yourself listed with a checkbox in the Manage Licenses column. To upgrade yourself, check the box in the Teacher Premium column.
To add other teachers to upgrade or manage subscriptions, click Add User(s).
In the Add User(s) dialog, enter a teacher’s email, or start typing to choose from a dropdown list. The teacher is added to the list below. If a teacher doesn’t already have a Pear Assessment account, one is created with this email address and automatically upgraded.
Check Upgrade to Premium (and Access Spark Math, if applicable).
Click Yes, Add User(s).
You’ll see a confirmation screen showing the upgrades and whether each teacher’s account was newly created.
