How to print a test answer key from an assignment or the test library in Pear Assessment
Printing an answer key is a premium feature available at the bottom of the assessment in the print view. Tech-enhanced items and constructed response answers do not print with the answer key.
The steps depend on whether you have already assigned the assessment.If you have already assigned the assessment:
In Pear Assessment, navigate to Assignments.
Find the assessment you want to print.
Click Actions > Print Test.
If you have not yet assigned the assessment:
Navigate to the Test library.
Find the assessment you want to print.
Hover over the assessment name and click More > Details.
Click the printer button to open the print options.
Select what you want to print.
Navigate to File > Print in your browser and select your printer to complete the process.
You can also press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac) to open the print dialog. To save the assessment as a PDF, select a PDF printer in the print dialog.
Why Tech-Enhanced Items and Constructed Response Answers Do Not Print
Tech-enhanced items and constructed response answers are not supported in the printed answer key format. These item types require interactive or open-ended input that cannot be represented in a static print layout. Only multiple-choice and similar closed-response items appear in the printed answer key.
