Share and Collaborate

Pear Assessment has developed several features that enable collaboration with school and district colleagues to avoid duplicative efforts. Features include Co-Teacher, Co-Authoring, Shared Assessments, Rubrics, and Collaboration Groups. Team-developed common assessments or benchmarks can be a more efficient way of tracking student mastery. To avoid duplication of effort, Pear Assessment has developed several features that enable collaboration with school and district colleagues. The features are explained in the table below along with related support articles.

Feature	How It Works	Resource
Co-Teacher	Sharing specific classes with other teachers to give access to data and the roster for assigning purposes. Can do anything the primary teacher can do with that roster.	Add a Co-Teacher
Co-Authoring	Sharing a specific assessment with editing rights. Great for allowing multiple users to add content to a shared assessment.	Co-Authoring
Sharing Assessments	View, duplicate, and assign rights so another user can use your test but not edit it. You would use this for teacher-assigned Benchmarks.	Sharing Assessments
Rubrics	Great for providing grading guidelines and expectations for constructed responses.	Finding, Editing and Sharing a Rubric
Collaboration Groups	Ability to share school or district data with a specific group of teachers. For example, sharing data from a 5th-grade, district-wide, benchmark with all the 5th-grade teachers in the district.	Collaboration Groups
