- Have the student restart their Chromebook, then attempt the command again.
- End the current class session and start a new one.
- On your device, clear the cache by pressing Command-Shift-R (Mac) or Control-Shift-R (PC).
- Check that the time on your device is set correctly by comparing it to https://time.is. Adjust the time if it doesn’t match, then retry the command.
