When GoGuardian Teacher commands like locking or unlocking a student’s screen or opening and closing tabs aren’t working as expected, try the following steps.
  1. Have the student restart their Chromebook, then attempt the command again.
  2. End the current class session and start a new one.
  3. On your device, clear the cache by pressing Command-Shift-R (Mac) or Control-Shift-R (PC).
  4. Check that the time on your device is set correctly by comparing it to https://time.is. Adjust the time if it doesn’t match, then retry the command.
