GoGuardian Fleet lets you export all repair data — or a filtered subset — as a CSV file. Use the export to analyze repair costs, identify repair trends, and create charts in a spreadsheet application.

Export Repair Data

  1. Go to fleet.goguardian.com and select the Repairs tab.
  2. Optional: Use the Status and Repair Type filters, or the Search bar, to narrow the export to a specific subset of repairs. Skip this step to export all repairs.
  3. Click Export repair data.
  4. Verify the result: A repairs-export.csv file downloads to your computer.

Analyze Repair Data in Google Sheets

  1. Go to sheets.google.com and open a new spreadsheet or an existing one.
  2. Select FileImport.
  3. Select the Upload tab and drag repairs-export.csv into the upload area, or click Select a file from your computer and choose the file.

Create Charts from Repair Data

After importing the CSV into Google Sheets, use the Explore function to automatically generate charts and visualizations.
  1. Click any cell that contains data.
  2. Click Explore in the lower-right corner of Google Sheets.
  3. A sidebar appears with suggested charts — for example, repairs by type, total costs by device, or repairs over time.
  4. Drag charts from the sidebar into the spreadsheet as needed.
To create a chart for a specific subset of repairs, highlight the relevant rows before clicking Explore.
