Why Do Archived Classroom Reports Show Last Year’s Students?

Classrooms that share the same beginning title can’t be distinguished in Student Reports. If 2 classrooms have names that differ only at the end, Teacher may display the wrong student data for the archived version. To fix this, add a distinguishing label to the beginning of the class name rather than the end. Example: Instead of:
  • Zero Hour Am Lit 18 S2
  • Zero Hour Am Lit 18 S1
Use:
  • S2 Zero Hour Am Lit 18
  • S1 Zero Hour Am Lit 18
Renaming the classroom causes the correct students to populate in reports.
