Top Bar Navigation
A1. Product Chooser — The product chooser drop-down menu lets you switch to any other GoGuardian products you have access to. A2. Active Sessions — Your currently active classroom sessions appear in the header, along with the time remaining for each session. A3. Back to Classroom Details — Clicking Back to Classroom Details takes you to the Sessions menu for the classroom corresponding to the active session you’re currently viewing in Screens View. A4. Account Menu — Manage your account settings or log out of your Teacher session by clicking on the avatar or your name.Session Control Navigation
B1. Online Students Panel — Select the Online Students panel to exclude or include students or check online status. B2. Connection Issues — Report connection issues to GoGuardian Support. B3. Scene Status — Use the Scene Status/Change Scene button to quickly apply, change, or remove a Scene from your active session. B4. Time Remaining — Displays time remaining in the current classroom session. Click to add additional time. B5. Teacher Chat — Click to turn on or turn off teacher chat for the current session. B6. End Session — Manually end the current session ahead of the scheduled end time.Timeline View
C1. Select All — Use this checkbox to select all students to send a command. C2. Sort Students — Select the drop-down to sort students by online status, first name, or last name. C3. Zoom Scale — Use the magnifying glass icons to change the zoom scale of the timeline. C4. View Switcher — Select the drop-down menu to switch between Screens View, Timeline View, Snapshots View, and the Command Log. C5. Individual Checkboxes — Use the individual checkboxes to select 1 or more students. Selecting a student displays the commands toolbar. C6. Online Status Indicator — A circle in the bottom right corner of a student’s avatar displays their online status. A green circle means the student is online. A gray circle means the student is offline or inactive. C7. Options Button — Use the options button to lock a student’s device, open a new tab in the student’s browsing session, or exclude the student from your session. C8. Active Tab Timeline — Displays active tabs along the timeline. The bar changes color to match the site’s favicon. Click an active tab section to view background tabs at that point of the timeline. Click and drag or use your keyboard’s arrow keys to scroll through the timeline. C9. Now Column — Displays the favicon of the currently active tab for each student. C10. Teacher Chat Panel — Click to access the Teacher Chat panel (if enabled). C11.
