To block access to personal Gmail and YouTube accounts:
  1. Sign in to admin.goguardian.com.
  2. In the sidebar, under Filtering, click Configuration.
  3. Click Advanced Config, then Global Config.
  4. Enable Block Consumer Google Accounts (green = on, gray = off).
