GoGuardian Visitor runs check-in and check-out at your school for visitors, late arrivals, guardian pickups, and students checking themselves out. Staff check visitors and students in and out from the Front Desk, and visitors and students can also check themselves in and out at a kiosk. Every check-in shows up on the Front Desk right away, whether it started at a kiosk or the desk. When a check-in needs a staff decision, the alert appears on the Front Desk before the visitor or student finishes the form. Accessible via: Chrome or Microsoft Edge on front desk computers. Kiosks (iPad, Windows, or ChromeOS) and badge printers are optional. See Compatibility and Requirements.

Set up GoGuardian Visitor

Add your sites and users in Org Management, then set up Visitor at each site.

Check visitors and students in and out

Check in visitors and late students, and release students to their guardians, from the Front Desk or a kiosk.

Screen visitors and respond to alerts

Screen visitors against sex offender registries and your watchlists, then review possible matches.

Customize your forms

Create forms from a template, then customize and translate their steps.

Set up kiosks and badge printers

Add kiosks for self check-in, and badge printers for a kiosk or the front desk.

Find a past check-in

Search past check-ins in the Activity Log, review screening results, and export a CSV.

Troubleshooting

Fix kiosks and badge printing from the desk, and know what to tell IT.

Use GoGuardian Visitor with Hall Pass

Create hall passes from check-ins, and see visitors next to student passes in Hallway.
